Budjak is the southern edge of Ukraine, where the steppe meets the sea. Sunny days, cool sea breezes and fertile soils come together in a terroir of its own, and it gives wines with bright character, elegance and natural freshness.
Budjak Vinaria was founded in 2025. We are a small farm, and we would rather make a few wines well than many wines quickly.
